Classic Chocolate Chip

*Enriched Unbleached Flour (Red Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Butter(Cream, Salt), *Brown Sugar, Semi-Sweet Chocolate (Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla Extract), Dark Chocolate (Unsweetened Chocolate, Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Vanilla Extract, Soy Lecithin), *Sugar, *Egg, *Oats, *Vanilla Extract (Water, Ethyl Alcohol, Vanilla Bean Extractives), Baking Soda, Baking Powder (Cornstarch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. If available, always cook using the CONVECTION setting on your oven to allow the cookie dough balls to rise more and cook evenly. This setting is DIFFERENT from the BAKE setting.

Step 2: Remove the cookie dough balls from the FREEZER. Do NOT thaw the cookie dough balls before cooking. They are meant to be cooked from frozen.

Step 3: Place the cookie dough balls 2" apart on a cookie sheet with PARCHMENT PAPER. Do NOT use tinfoil. If available, use a dark/thick cookie sheet. Place the cookie sheet on the CENTER RACK of the oven. Do NOT place it on the top or bottom rack.

Step 4: Cooking time will vary depending on your oven. WATCH to make sure you are cooking them for a correct amount of time. The ideal time is around 12 MINUTES.

Step 5: Remove and let cool for 2-3 MINUTES before enjoying!
